Using a 1-on-1 personalized approach, our goal is to assess and learn how to make your body work optimally to reach your goals. By combining different approaches to look at your muscles, bones, soft tissue, and movement, we will come up with techniques to help you become the best version of yourself.

All sessions are 1 on 1, 45-60 min long, and fully catered to your goals and needs. Services can be paid for by using Out of Network (OON) insurance coverage or at a self pay rate. If you wish to check what is included in your insurance plan and how much the payments would be for OON deductible and copay, please fill out the information on the intake forms that are electronically sent for the initial appointment and we can complimentarily check coverage for you!

functional MOVEMENT and running ASSESSMENT

On Track looks at your movement patterns, individual tendencies, and goal activity to help find any restrictions and improve mechanics to work and perform more optimally. This could be based off of a prior injury or just you wanting to become more efficient and functional for longevity! Gait analysis on treadmill available.

Performance consultation

This can be provided on an individual basis and within a larger group or team. Each sport or activity requires its own physical pre requisites for movement, as well as catered mobility and strength to optimally perform that activity. Find out what could make you perform better, without as much injury, and enjoy what you are doing at a greater level.

REHABILITATION

Look at a current, past, or chronic injury to treat symptoms and find the root cause of why it is happening. This will prevent long term damage, decrease risk of re injury, and help fix the actual problem.

Running Coaching

Working with pre, pregnant, and post partum women who are looking for various guidance surrounding their bodies and pregnancy related musculoskeletal issues. Someone should be teaching you how to push out a baby! Whether it is soft tissue and manual work to strategically loosen up the changing position of your body, or work on muscular control /strength related to stability needed during and after pregnancy, each session is catered to your bodies needs and what you are looking for out of it.

 

Recovery Services

Being able to complete each workout or goal at an optimal level requires you to start feeling fresh and recovered from any previous training sessions. !
