Many people think physical therapy is ONLY necessary when overcoming a surgery or injury and that is not the truth. The services On Track PT has available build upon the goal you have set for yourself, so you can conquer them safely and efficiently.

The mindset of preparing your body for the movements and stresses it may experience during a sport or an activity is what keeps your body healthy and with less chance of injury, and therefore higher performance. Lets look at your movement patterns and find any deficiencies or stiffnesses that may be preventing you from achieving your maximum potential, and allow you to become the best version of yourself! “

MEET THE TEAM

Carly Graham Brady PT, DPT, FAFS, FRC

Carly completed her education at Ithaca College where she received her Bachelor’s of Clinical Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has furthered her education over the past five years by becoming a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, taking numerous courses through the Postural Restoration Institute, and completing coaching certifications.

Growing up as a central New York native, she furthered her professional career in New York City working with runners and endurance athletes , while using specialized movement assessments and treatment techniques. This involved rehabilitating injuries, improving efficiency of sports mechanics, and helping make athletes stronger to meet their goals. She continues to coach runners as well through virtual platforms and with Team Wilpers.

Carly’s role as a lifelong athlete has contributed to her passion to help others reach their goals and guide them toward performing at the highest level possible. She wants to help people know there is a way to improve the way you complete your sport or activity by looking deeper into biomechanics and individual patterns. Whether you are trying to get through recreational exercise, a summer sports league, or get recruited for college athletics - Carly is here to help you get to the highest performance level while working to stay injury-free!

Carly currently lives in Rochester, NY with her husband Matthew and enjoys exploring the local breweries and restaurants, enjoying the outdoors, and continues with her hobbies of running and working out!

Complex program integrating multidirectional assessment and movement to individual bodies and goals. Courses also based on tissue positioning and proper mobilization techniques to restore function to muscles and soft tissue.

Postural restoration institute

Looking deeper into natural body physical asymmetries and how impactful the neuromuscular system is on pattern formation and imbalances.

Restoring normal joint mobility everybody needs to function and make sure the new found movement is stabilized and controlled.

Womens health / Pelvic health

Improve awareness surrounding use of the pelvic floor muscles and applying techniques to each individual depending on their needs. Work on progressing strength and exercise programs during and after pregnancy.
