A comprehensive approach to help reach your goals.

  • Wanting to improve your performance level and skills in your sport or activity? We will assess your individualized movement patterns using advanced techniques and education. These techniques will help identify and improve your daily movements as well as sport-related performance.

  • Each client’s individualized treatment is based on their activity of choice and personal physical level. No one should be treated as a protocol. Treatment focuses on specific goals that will lead to safe, long-term performance. This personalized approach leads to better outcomes and helps reach milestones sooner.

  • We are going to give your body the foundational motion it needs to stay healthy and safe. We then add performance goals into your plan to make sure you are working the best way possible to reach new levels of success. When an injury occurs, we look at the bigger picture to not only help relieve symptoms, but figure out why it happened and prevent it from happening again.

“I started seeing Carly in the spring of 2018, having suffered from a knee injury. Previously, I did not have a strength and mobility routine incorporated in my running. After I started seeing Carly, she provided me (and continues to provide me) with exercises and routines to redevelop my strength and remain healthy. Over the course of our 4 years working together (both in person and virtually), I've been able to cut more than 15 minutes off my best marathon time, while running many personal bests at other differences, much thanks to the strength and routines that Carly has helped me to incorporate.”

“Carly incorporated safe movements into my daily routine to help me get back into regular exercise. Without her guidance, I would probably still be crying on the floor.”

“Carly not only takes care of your injury, but she is amazing at pinpointing the underlying issue. She figures out the root of the problem and works to correct it, to prevent future injuries. For me personally, she was able to analyze my running form and see that I don't use my glutes correctly and was able to show me strengthening exercises that helped with getting my glutes to "fire." She was also able to provide me exercises and stretches that strengthened my hips and actually helped heal a stress reaction, all while being virtual.”

  • TESTIMONIAL

“After suffering a labral tear while training for a marathon in 2017 my orthopedist at HSS, as an alternative to surgery, recommended that I work with Carly via physical therapy to get me back on my feet and doing the things I love (skiing, running, yoga…). I have been working with Carly for the past 5 years, even with moving out of state she conducts weekly 1:1 video conference sessions with me. Carly is incredibly talented and serious and skilled about her craft. Although my injury was healed early on thanks to Carly, she continues to guide me to be my healthiest, strongest, fittest self. I look forward to continuing our connection for a very, very long time. I consider myself very fortunate to have Carly in my life and I highly recommend her guidance and services to anyone lucky enough to meet her. “

”Coming off a knee/quad injury on my way to DNFing a 100-miler, within 12 weeks, Carly not only helped me rehab but also prepared me to chase down my first sub-4 hour marathon and a 10-minute PR. Within 5 minutes of meeting me, she had identified the underlying problem and formulated a plan for addressing a 30-year nagging issue.”
